The thing about depression is it can hit you anytime. It doesn’t have an on/off button that you can just switch when you feel like it. It lurks beneath the surface of your everyday otherwise “normal” existence silently but devastatingly causing destruction.

  1. I literally just wrote on my blog about a similar feeling! I have atypical depression and I often refer to it as being ‘dormant’ at times… Just waiting for it to come back harder and meaner each time!
